Q. My mobile phone dropped into water and I had precious data in it. Can ADRC still recover data from it?
A. For phone with water damage, you should follow the procedure by not allowing the phone to dry up and refrain from powering up. The sooner you send the phone to ADRC, the better the chance of successful recovery before further corrosion takes place due to drying up of water. <top>

Q. How much time does it take to recover data from the phone ?

Q. I read from internet that once the hand phones are dropped into the water, I must quickly dry it with dehydator. If I can not find one, I can put the phone into a bag of rice. Is this true ?
A. You should never let the phone dry up before you send the phone to a data recovery specialist so you should not do any of these. In fact, you should always keep the phone wet with clean water to avoid corrosion and rusting taking place upon drying up of water. <top>
