Type of Service

Our services are customized in such a way that customers can choose the type of service level according to the time constrain that they have. For example, a customer has unexpectedly lost his data and needs the data back urgently for his meeting in 2 days time. In such scenario, he/she can select our Express service to get the data back within 48 hours.

Standard Service Priority Evaluation Express Service

Within 1-3 days evaluation period.

A quotation will be generated and we will proceed upon customers’ confirmation.

*The recovery process takes an average period of 2-3 days.

1 day evaluation period.

A quotation will be generated and we will proceed upon customers’ confirmation.

*The recovery process takes an average period of 2-3 days.

No evaluation period.

We will proceed to recover your disk within 48 hours.

pricing will be agreed upfront before we proceed with the recovery.

* The average period for recovery is based on the normal recovery cases. Complex cases may take longer than usual based on per job basis.

Besides providing professional data recovery services to our customers, we are also very concerned about how we priced our data recovery charges as we aim to provide quality service and reasonable pricing with the public in mind.

Data Recovery Pricing

Standard Service Priority Evaluation Express Service

Evaluation is free.

However, if you decide not to proceed with the recovery, a cancellation fee of $50 applies.

A 20GB-40GB hard disk recovery can range from a minimum of SGD$200 to a maximum of SGD$2000.
