We had a hard disk crashed situation and was supposed to show our latest software development to our client for final evaluation purpose. We rang up Adroit and was told that they were quite confident in recovering the hard disk. Originally it was supposed to be a 2 days job. But we made a special request for an overnight recovery after we handed the hard disk over, and the good thing is that they managed to recover all the data on time. I must say that the overall hard disk recovery service was excellent. Good job Adroit.

The recovery service provided by ADRC is quite professional and I think you did you job of recovering the data very well as I am able to retrieve the data required. However, it would be better if you can price your charges more competitively. Or offer a certain level of discounts for reutrning customers.
