After the agony of a laptop computer crash with much invaluable information potentially lost, I was fortunate enough to track down ADRC who managed to retrieve the lost data off my exhausted hard drive. Even though it was an unforeseen and definitely unwanted expense, the sourness of an expensive mishap was sweetened by the discs which were presented with my retrieved files. Service was professional and understanding of the situation. All the same I hope I never have to call ADRC again!

The service is fast enough, and the admin process is very flexible. This makes sense as what is more important is to recover the data fast than on spending time on paper work. They have the can attitude and they know what the actual deliverable is – recovered data, not paper work. Overall I am happy with the service provided. You may like to change your Japanese keyboard at the service counter.

They are professional people who will let you decide whether you want to proceed with the recovery by giving you a preliminary report of what data is recoverable, so that you won't feel cheated if the data recovered is not what you want.
