I am indeed very grateful to ADRC and Felix for going through great lengths to retrieve my data when it crashed.
Professionally, within a short span of time, you were able to get the job done. This is even though you had to source out the computer components from overseas to get it working, because my hard disk had crashed badly.
Personally, after the data was retrieved, you had patiently "walked through" with me and helped to retrieve my various important files (one at a time) and all the data was there- intact!
The above may seem dutiful to you, but it had meant a lot to me, as I was like a workman working without my tools (data), till you helped retrieved it all.
I have referred your contact to my IT department and I will not hesitate to refer ADRC to anyone who faced similar problems. WELL DONE!! |
